How do I get my real estate license reinstated once it has expired?
If your license has been expired for longer than the 60-day grace period, you are required to request re-instatement through the Commission’s Comprehensive Online Regulatory and Enforcement System (CORE). Once you have registered on the CORE site, you will then complete a license reinstatement request and submit it. A licensing member will contact you within 10-15 business days following your application and provide you with your reinstatement requirements.
