How much does the WI real estate licensing exam cost?

The Wisconsin real estate licensing exam is administered by PearsonVUE. The state licensing exam must be taken in-person at one of PearsonVUE’s testing centers. You can schedule your exam online through the PearsonVUE website or via phone at (888)204-6284.

There is a $65 per attempt for the WI real estate Licence Exam. You can make the payment online using a credit card. You can also make payment using a cashier’s check or money order. It is important to note that the exam fee is non-refundable.

RealEstateU will send your course completion information to the DSPS after you have completed the course final exam. The DSPS will use this as evidence that you have completed the 72-hour Wisconsin real estate salesperson course.

No, RealEstateU will not notify the DSPS that you have completed the 72-hour WI real estate salesperson course. Once you complete the 72 hour pre-license course you will be provided with a certificate of completion which you will use for your Pearson VUE exam to prove you completed the education requirements.

To change your state licensing exam date, you must call Pearson VUE at least 48 hours prior to the examination date.
